Doxobrex-M Tablets is used to manage asthma and COPD. It helps open the airways and reduce inflammation. This combination is also used to prevent breathing problems during exercise and relieve symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergies.

Doxofylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist which blocks the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies
