Tamsulosin + Deflazacort is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Deflazacort. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so as to allow easy passage of urine. Deflazacort is a steroid medicine. It works by reducing inflammation (swelling) in the kidneys to promote the passage of the stones through urine.
