Aclozest-CB Tablet is a sustained-release combination of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a muscle relaxant. It is primarily used to relieve musculoskeletal pain, reduce inflammation, and manage muscle spasms associated with acute or chronic orthopaedic conditions.

Aceclofenac 200?mg (sustained release) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Cyclobenzaprine 15?mg (sustained release) is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant that helps relieve muscle spasms and associated stiffness. Cyclobenzaprine is structurally related to tricyclic antidepressants and modulates motor neuron activity in the spinal cord.
