This combination of Fluconazole, Secnidazole, and Azithromycin is used to treat various infections caused by bacteria, fungi, and protozoa. Fluconazole targets fungal infections, Secnidazole helps treat protozoal infections, and Azithromycin is an antibiotic that combats bacterial infections. Together, they provide broad-spectrum treatment for a range of infections.
- Syndromic management of abnormal vaginal discharge

Fluconazole works by inhibiting the growth of fungi, preventing them from reproducing and spreading. Secnidazole works against protozoa by disrupting their DNA, which stops their growth and reproduction. Azithromycin interferes with bacterial protein synthesis, halting bacterial growth and helping the body fight off bacterial infections.
