Mechanism of Action :
Dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) acts on the brain to suppress the cough reflex, Phenylephrine (decongestant) shrinks nasal blood vessels to ease breathing, and Chlorpheniramine (antihistamine) blocks histamine to reduce sneezing and watery eye. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as it is prescribed.
