Clindamycin Phosphate 1% & Nicotinamide 4% is a topical combination gel or cream used to treat acne vulgaris by killing bacteria (Clindamycin) and reducing inflammation/oil production. It minimizes acne-causing bacteria, reduces redness and tenderness, and helps clear existing acne while preventing new spots from appearing.
- Mild to moderate Acne Vulgaris
- Inflammatory acne lesions
- Gently wash the affected skin with a mild cleanser and wait a few minutes to ensure the skin is fully dry.
- Applied once daily in the evening to clean, dry skin.
- Apply a thin layer to the entire affected area, avoiding eyes, lips, and nostrils.
Clindamycin + Nicotinamide is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Nicotinamide, which treats pimples (acne). Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B. It exerts anti-inflammatory effects when applied to the skin and reduces swelling, redness and tenderness associated with acne.
