Dopawin Injection is commonly administered in hospitals under medical supervision to stabilize patients experiencing shock or severe hypotension.

- Monitor blood pressure, heart rate, and urine output during administration.
Dopamine acts by stimulating dopamine and adrenergic receptors in the body. At lower doses, it dilates renal and mesenteric blood vessels to improve kidney perfusion. At moderate doses, it stimulates β1-adrenergic receptors, enhancing heart contractility and cardiac output. At higher doses, it activates α-adrenergic receptors, leading to vasoconstriction and increased blood pressure.
