Mechanism of Action :
This is a combination of three medicines: Cetirizine, Paracetamol and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
