Packing : 1 ml bottle in mono carton ampoule
Dosage : Adults: 4-6 mg/kg once daily or in equal divided doses every 8 to 12 hours, to be given as IM, slow IV (over 3-5 minutes) or as 50-200 ml infusion over 0.5 to 2 hours for 7 to 14 days.Children 6-7.5 mg/kg in equal divided doses every 8 hours.
