Olmetrol-AH Tablets is a combination medication used to effectively manage hypertension (high blood pressure). It combines three active ingredients that work together to help lower blood pressure more effectively than any one medicine alone.

This helps in relaxing and widening blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that helps relax the blood vessels, reducing the heart’s workload and lowering blood pressure.Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that works by removing excess salt and water from the body through urine, reducing the volume of blood, and contributing to lower blood pressure
