Telmisartan 40 mg & Cilnidipine 10 mg is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax and widen blood vessels, while Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that also relaxes blood vessels, helping to reduce blood pressure.
