Dosage : Child: Daily doses based on body wt: 5-14 kg: 20 mg with lumefantrine 120 mg; 15-24 kg: 40 mg with lumefantrine 240 mg; 25-34 kg: 60 mg with lumefantrine 360 mg and >34 kg: 80 mg with lumefantrine 480 mg. Doses to be taken at diagnosis and repeated after 8, 24, 36, 48 and 60 hr. Total doses: 6.
Product Information
Falcizone Dry Syrup is used for the treatment of malaria in both children and adults. It contains two medicines both of which belong to a group of medicines called antimalarials. However, it is not used to prevent malaria or to treat severe/complicated malaria.

Falcizone Dry Syrup is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Artemether and Lumefantrine, which treats malaria. These medicines work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading.
