Loagel-O Suspension is a combination medicine used in the treatment of acidity, stomach ulcer and bloating. It helps in relieving the symptoms of acidity and ulcers such as stomach pain or irritation. It also neutralizes excessive acid in the stomach and helps in easy passage of gas.

Magnesium Hydroxide and Aluminium Hydroxide are antacids which neutralize excess acid in stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. This allows gas bubbles to combine and be expelled more easily, thereby reducing bloating, discomfort, and flatulence. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic which provides fast relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach on account of its numbing effect.
Together, these ingredients provide effective and balanced relief from gastric acidity and gas-related symptoms, with minimal gastrointestinal side effects. The formulation acts locally in the stomach and is not systemically absorbed, ensuring a favorable safety profile.
