Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide are antacids which neutralize excess acid in stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. This allows gas bubbles to combine and be expelled more easily, thereby reducing bloating, discomfort, and flatulence.
